Mindfulness is now practiced by millions of people around the world thanks to research and media exposure. On Friday, May 11th, 2018 Mosaic welcomed Sash Whiting, Health Promoter from Anne Johnston Health Station – Tobias House, to our Toronto Office at the CNIB Centre to speak to our community about how to practice mindfulness and the benefits of doing so. Attendees were left with some of the key concepts of mindfulness, the research behind it, and was to practice. It was a fun and very informative session that our community enjoyed!
