Mosaic Home Care Ltd acquires the clients of Elizabeth Gray Compassionate Care Inc

As of 1 June 2017, via an asset purchase agreement, MOSAIC HOME CARE Ltd is pleased to announce that it has taken over the management and care of the clients of ELIZABETH GRAY COMPASSIONATE CARE Inc.

Mosaic would like to formally announce to the general public, community partners, client families and others who know and work with Mosaic that it has recently taken under its growing wings Elizabeth Gray of Elizabeth Gray Compassionate Care, her clients and families and caregivers.

Elizabeth Gray started providing homecare to the Greater Toronto Area in 2000 and EGCC was incorporated in 2008. As a niche operator in the home care services market place EGCC has long focused on providing a high level of personalised care with particular attention to the holistic needs and individual identities of their clients.

Mosaic is pleased that EGCC has chosen Mosaic to hand over the reins of managing and coordinating its clients’ care. Both companies share very similar values and strong opinions on the need for high levels of care and attention not just to personal care needs but to the human values and identities of those they care for.

Mosaic has ensured as part of its transition planning that the principal, Elizabeth Gray, will continue to remain close and accessible to those families that she has entrusted to Mosaic’s care and to those caregivers who have looked after those same families.
